Glad you asked! Faygo POPulation Rewards recognizes you for being a loyal Faygo lover. You can earn Points by purchasing qualifying Faygo products and completing other activities. Points can be redeemed for exclusive Faygo coupons or swag!

How do I join Faygo POPulation Rewards?

EARNING POINTS

How do I start earning Points? 

There are two ways to earn Points as a member of POPulation Rewards. One way is to purchase qualifying Faygo products and then upload your store receipts at faygopopulation.com. The second way is to stay actively engaged with the Faygo POPulation Rewards program and earn bonus points: completing your profile is one example. Check out the bonus point activities on the footer of our Faygo POPulation Rewards pages of the website to see all the ways you can keep the Points rolling in!

How are Points calculated? 

Each time you upload your Faygo purchase receipt for Qualified Products, you’ll earn ten (10) Points for every dollar spent on that purchase. Any Points you earn for completing various activities are based on the number of Points assigned to that specific activity. In other words, some activities are worth more Points than others. There is no limit on the number of Points you can earn!

Can I earn points for convience store purchases?  

During special promotions, you can earn points at select retailers and possibly additional points to use towards Rewards when purchasing Qualified Products and uploading a digital photo of your receipt. To upload, log into your Faygo POPulation Rewards account, go to Upload Receipt, upload your photo and specify which Qualified Products you purchased via the dropdown. Please check special promotions rules for more information.

Can I earn Points for in-store purchases?  

Yes! After making your purchase of Qualified Products, snap a legible digital photo of your full purchase receipt. Then, log into your Faygo POPulation Rewards account and navigate to the Upload Receipt link. Next, simply upload your photos and fill in the accompanying entry fields

Can I earn Points online purchases?  

Yes! After making your purchase of Qualified Products, take a screenshot of your complete order summary (Note: This page is different from your order confirmation). Then log into your Faygo POPulation Rewards account and navigate to the Upload Receipt link. Next, simply upload your photos and fill in the accompanying entry fields.

What’s required for a successful receipt upload?  

To ensure a successful upload, follow these important tips:

Which Faygo products qualify for POPulation Rewards Points?

All Faygo products qualify, in any flavor:

• • Faygo 6 Pack Glass Bottles
• • Faygo 8 Pack Cans
• • Faygo 20 Ounce Bottle
• • Faygo 24 Ounce Bottle
• • Faygo 1 Liter Bottle
• • Faygo 2 Liter Bottle
• • Keep your receipt flat, straight and in focus
• • Wrinkled, skewed, or crumpled receipts won’t scan properly
• Receipt should be an image file (.jpg, .png, etc.) and less than 5 MB

What if my receipt is not accepted or I get an error?  

Refer to successful receipt upload steps for troubleshooting tips. Once successfully uploaded, receipts may take up to 72 hours to process.

Are there other products they can earn points from?  

No, only Faygo products are eligible.

Do my Faygo POPulation Rewards Points ever expire?  

- Points earned will expire at the end of the program on December 6, 2024, at 11:59pm ET. We regularly evaluate our programs and review input from consumers to ensure the best experience for our members. It’s possible that we’ll extend the program – and we’ll let you know! Rest assured, if the program ends, we will notify members in advance to allow time for Points redemption before the end date.

Can I get Points for purchases made before joining Faygo POPulation Rewards?

- You can earn points for qualifying purchases made starting on September 6, 2024 through December 6, 2024.

REWARDS

How do I turn my Points into a Reward?  

Once you’ve accumulated enough Points for the Reward you want, log in to your Faygo POPulation Rewards account and navigate to the Rewards link. This section of our site allows you to view all available Rewards. Clicking on a Reward will take you to a description page with key details, including the item’s Points value. If it’s the one for you and you have enough Points, click the “Add to Cart” button displayed below the Reward’s description.

After making your selection(s), head to the Cart page. Here, you’ll confirm your shipping address, review and verify your selection(s). Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email, so you know your Reward is on its way.

How long will it take my Reward to arrive?  

Your physical Rewards, once confirmed, are usually delivered within 3 to 6 weeks. If we need you to provide additional instructions, we’ll send you a separate email.

How many Rewards can I redeem at once?  

You may redeem as many Rewards as possible for which you have Points! Please note that with some Rewards, there may be a cap on the number of redemptions you can make within a specific period. Remember, when you’re ready to start Reward shopping, simply navigate to the Rewards section. When you find a Reward you want, select the Reward, and then click the “Add to Cart” button displayed near the bottom of the Reward’s description page. After redeeming a Reward, be sure to revisit the Rewards page to see what other exclusive items are available.

Can I return or exchange a Reward I redeemed?  

We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please take care when selecting and redeeming Rewards.

What happens to my points if the program ends?
